- Radioactive materials of any kind
- Safes
- Shocks or struts
- Televisions
- Torque converters
- Whole Vehicles
Items accepted with conditions
- Air conditioners (Compressor motor removed)
- Aluminum transmissions (Completely disassembled and all oil drained)
- Car doors (Glass removed)
- Engine blocks (Oil pan and filter removed and all fluids drained)
- Lawn mowers (Fuel tank and tires removed, oil drained)
- Light fixtures (Ballasts removed)
- Railroad track, plates or spikes (With a statement of origin on Railroad letterhead)
- Refrigerators (Compressor motor removed)
- Rototillers (Fuel tank, oil pan and tires removed, oil drained)
- Oil enclosed/compressor motors (Cut in half and drained)
- Steel cable (Either cut in 4 ft sections or banded no greater than 2 ft in diameter)
- Tanks, for non-combustable air or liquids (Cut in half, no residue)
- Wood stoves (All firebrick and ash and glass removed)
